Nothing certain Ladytradr, but as has been mentioned on other threads, there are a few signs pointing to; 'management' of the shareprice, data room being (possibly) open, cleaning up of the registar, 'moving on' (retirement) of a director, announcement that the relationship with local Indigenous peoples is squared away. All points to a possible bit of M&A.. Someone(s) maybe playing some tricks to lower the required premium? All speculation and IMO only.
I posted this pic a few weeks back, but to me it screamed of abnormal trading since mid-August:
