TA comprises price & volume primarily upon which future price movement may be probabilistically deduced.
Today's relative volume represents one day only and hence must be assessed relatively.
What we are all waiting for is the price move upwards WITH volume, the holly grail of TA.
Last week's big candle combined with additional future days data MAY give us insight as to market sentiment.
That's TA.
