Charts don’t really mean anything when the price of the commodity that drives a large portion of your earnings drops 20-30% in a week. Let alone revises estimates of earnings down (including my estimates). I was assuming average realised price of iron ore to be circa $120. I’ve revised that down to $90. Many analysts doing $80-85 now.
We could all be wrong and restocking by China causes iron ore to stay back at $120. This is the problem of a communist controlled country and why charts really don’t mean a thing here.
