Bellevue uses Develop for most of its labor. Develop is an enviable company to work in so the staff turnover is way below the industry average. Disruption and associated costs due to staff turnover should be less than GOR ....although I'd imagine given the skill levels and discomfort of working underground - the labor rates in Develop may be higher. Develop has an outstanding reputation. Productivity is way above peers and they are boutique so get more management attention. I'd expect that given the Develop reputation, the intensity of mining, the high grade, etc the labor cost per ounce mined would be far lower than GOR. However...there are Covid issues perhaps.
