This is outdated. But I wonder if they have released numbers on the cost of solar/wind vs other power? They have lots of numbers about emissions reduction.
I think it'll be harder to find numbers about the other ESG.
I saw something a bit weird:
BGL has more female employees than other companies, but also pays them more (10.1% below males vs 23.1% industry wide). I wonder if it's office jobs paying overs, or if they have a lot of females doing in-mine jobs. Why the discrepancy vs industry average?
I don't have an agenda, Just hoping the wage gap is small for legitimate reasons. Not paying overs for some showy ESG numbers.
