Check out the shorts data for the 01/10/2021 - WEB closed that day on 6.49
Even with the price moving up the shorts didn't close their positions. Looks like they were confident that this will not go that high.
We wait for 80% Vaccination rates. In between we should have more announcements re openings
By then, In my opinion, I expect WEB to hit an initial target of 7.25 and beyond!!
