If the results where shocking, I daresay we would see some management/employees/drillers start to panic sell, or drip sell their shares before they release the results to the market. That hasn't been the case. Personally, I think the lack of results is purely from the labs taking months to process assays at the moment. Nothing sinister in that. It's a pain in the bum, but every company is dealing with it. Doesn't matter if you are a major producer or a small time explorer. Delays effect everyone.

I don't think the results will be super fantastic or light the world on fire(although I am happy to be proven wrong), but I think they will be positive enough to warrant further drilling.
