Maybe, I don’t know for sure as it’s a private company..

Either way, divesting the main business undertaking only really gives three options going forward..

1) Find another main business undertaking (whatever that looks like)..

2) Take the company private and delist from asx..

3) Appoint administrators and wind the company up altogether..

But it’s anyones guess what will happen in the next 6-9 months, my only reason for speculating something with innovaero is that’s what’s left over.. The asset is not owned by the cfoam corp/consol partnership llc that’s being divested..

So yeah innovaero could very well be a dead duck..
