The problem with Simply WS calcs for DFS is that they use analysts, and then after that, assume a set % increase each year.
we all know that the long-term average Lithium price will be below than it is now.
Refer to Offtake price thread.
So their DCF will be huge.
I know that because they used to show their calcs.
After i queried the same thing on another EV related stock i was no longer able to see the calcs.
Their calcs are not so bad with mature industries, but new ones are not so good.
Overall, i find Simply WS pretty good. You just have to know how to use it and its limitations.
Took me a while to get to understand the basics.
I use it mainly to search for future growth
stocks with value. LLL was coming up great for growth, value, and health. Have not looked at it for a week or 2.
Its also be careful when there are only a couple of brokers providing their info.
