I was just told, at the GM someone asked John Taylor why he hasn’t got a MNS share portfolio and he replied that he was restricted by regulator guidelines.
When asked if he would buy after the restriction period he said he would have to think about it at that point.
This is The Man that is already on the life-raft before the ship has left the dock.
