i couldnt help but notice this - trajectory towards $3 by January 2023 ?

then looking at the short position - it materially started forming on FY22 announcements date of 29 August 22. and has kept going to near 6% i.e., no net unwinding. at $2.95 where it opened on announcements day none of these shorts remaining will be in profit and either starting to lose or increasing their losses. (only the ones who already got out may have made a profit on the way down).

question is whether they will double down and keep their foot on the throat or look to cover and move on.

sufficient covering could spring coil the SP back up towards $4 quickly IMO. the days to cover would be quite a few based on daily turnover versus short positions of 13,431,000.

had my finger on mouse to buy in at $2 this time but didn't pull trigger. im thinking its still not too late to get aboard this train
