It is good fun to use charts to set price targets, however charts are never 100% accurate and a stop loss can be a good idea.
For BOE, add the height of the flagpole ($1.25) to the breakout point ($3.07) and your target is $4.32 or if you want to be conservative add the height of the flagpole to the bottom of the bull flag ($2.88 , which also can be your stop loss) and your target is $4.13
