I don't think Morningstar can be taken seriously. Apart from having their own agenda in funds management.
Thye often act like they are off the planet trying to quantify everything in terms of (defensive) moats. Someone should tell them if the only tool you have is a hammer - everything looks like a nail! (Of course, they are big enough and ugly enough to react badly).
