What you say @angelinvestor is sad but true.
In this case, the CR makes BOE a better and more diverse company yet ironically, it drives the SP down and the drop frightens retail holders.
The SPP will probably be scaled back. I simply see it as a currently out of the money call option.
I have more than satisfied my SPP appetite on market at around $3.85. I am not so confident l could call it a gift, but l will label it an opportunity.
Am hoping charts in a month or two, after the CR is over, will validate this view.
