Price has fluctuated in a 10% range from $4.5 to $5.0 since the end of Feb. And so in your parlance it has been both tanking and soaring during that period.
BOE has had many of these sideways consolidation patterns on the run up and so this does not seem unusual. An entry on the bounce would be nice.
