As freshinvestor93 has pointed out, PFS numbers are exactly that, preliminary. They are of zero material consequence when asking for millions to build a mine in an environment where inflation is sticky and volatile, commodity prices are below DFS assumptions, credit is tight and rates are high.
Its not fear mongering, they are the facts that serious investors use to make a balanced consideration of the risks associated with an investment.
