We would assume that coads but the recent conversion by L1 Capital gives me some doubts. To my knowledge they were holding 500,000 unlisted options which were all converted but when L1 lodged their change in substantial holder notice they only declared 330,000. Someone else got 170,000. I don't know if they are able to do off market deals with unlisted oppies or if they sold 170,000 shares before they lodged their notification and I guess we will never find out who got the balance.
