I think the tiny trades each day are by institutional investors considering they would have no brokerage and can play with the price for relatively no cost to them.
However, check out the massive trade below: $1.7 million worth of shares.
Someone is transferring a fair bit of stock between entities.
I wonder if a substantial holding notification will come through shortly.
