We might also be in for some short term high volitality due to the FED's rate cuts this week. 25 points is factored in. 50, slightly, 75, not a chance.
The FED rate cut cycle will be bullish for risk-on equities, but I don't think GYG is in that class due to its massive valuation, and shorts coming in with this rebalance. Might be wise to have some stop losses until after thursday just incase. GYG is also very tight, which means it can move dollars up and down very easy, so when broad markets are going ballastic, it might copy in the short term. Long term though, its going down, at least 50%.
