Weird. Shouldn't the owners of it be something that's made clear? So we're basically paying it off for them over ten years in which time they then get to take it over? If this is so vital for our growth strategy, shouldn't we have fought to have a part ownership in it? I have much less conviction in this company then I did previously. For example, we had huge rises in expenses with little explanation in the report given. We have random posters on here seemingly ramping with what seems to be AI generated content that mentions IP when no one seems to be able to say what IP we have. Insiders looked to be buying every few paydays but stopped a while ago. Lots of talk about revenue but revenue doesn't mean much if it can't be scaled through saas for example. Things looked good when we first had Geoff Lord backing us. Would love to see him take a bigger role.
