But to this one, yes it should have been made much clearer but kudos to CBIT for selling a business and then leasing a chunk of it back to the purchaser! Clever for them, maybe not so clever for Excite right?
My guess to the huge rise in expenses is the CBIT acquisition..
And like you, I'm not really sure what IP there is.
