Little bit of hope in the chart today. Coupled with the fundamentals we could have seen the bottom hit today but we need confirmation over the next trading today or two. Some solid numbers getting thrown out there by management in the investor update….lets be frank there was no webinar. Im expecting some disappointment in the upcoming quarterly judging by Saba’s answer to the cashflow positive trend potentially taking a hit before it improves in the long term. Hopefully the short term outlook for the stock is improved by more large contract wins, converting as much of the $15m pipeline as possible, opening up the facility on time and meeting their increased communication promises.
Below chart shows the low and long term support line at 0.08 being hit but we have a higher low on the MADC suggesting some positive divergence. The pic below that is a zoomed in image of the dragonfly doji after bouncing off this support line, and can indicate the start of a reversal, but as I said it will need confirmation over the coming days and it would be ideal to get back above 1c, all imo….
