The rent covers there repayments and we can enjoy a state of the art facility under a 10 year agreement which I think is great we both can appreciate the value both the owners and Cbit would be driving the ship with shares at 1.5 I am sure they ain’t here to play games . Jeff in at 0.010cent Bryan at 0.010cent Cbit in at 1.5 at the moment it’s pretty cheap but they need to prove it I reckon after tax season we might get an update .
