Yep, and they give us very little commentary on it. You can't have a report showing an explosion in hardware/software for resale costs and not give an explanation. As far as we can see, it's the biggest factor driving the increase in losses. Why wouldn't we expect a drop like we had today. Very poor form. Would be good to see some insiders topping up down here. Looked like Blim was buying every payday at one stage.
