You ask if Deephaven is off the register now. Answer - don't know but suspect so. Reason:-

On 5 May this year they put out their last change of substantial interest notice be when they went from 6% to 2% - ie on that date they owned only 2.5 million shares. And as they own(ed) less than 5% - they don't have to put out another release so we can only guess - given the volume a week or two ago - almost 2 million share in a day - and highish volume soon there after - it seems to be a good bet it was them.
