    Sorry, I'm no technical analyst but I just can't see how you could say volume is "still strong". To my amateur eye it looks like volume has been low since Feb at least. Basically, its been trading sideways for the last few months and recent modest price rise has been on relatively low volume. Now I'd like it to be better than it is, but saying it doesn't make it so. Or is there something I'm missing?
