Actually SGH was a ASX100 company at one time. That's the problem it grew far too fast and not organically but through unsustainable roll up growth. I firmly believe the BOD became aware of the mistake of that strategy and serious problems occurring, at the same time shareholders were reassured everything was fine. The loss of two billion dollars of SH money is enough I believe for every member of the BOD at the time to answer for.
