okay Whizz boy, I will play your silly ‘I am so intelligent that I can be smug & make others look like dills’ game.
Firstly there is innovation (as in ‘’I invented it first’) - the universities are full of these - they are highly intelligent, though lacking simple abilities like putting on the same colour socks and usually they are dead broke.

Then, there is commercial innovation where you ain’t the owner of the ‘great idea’ (cos remember he’s still boring his boffin chums in the uni refectory) but you recognize an opportunity to use the idea with a few tweaks AND you have the ability to sell the marketplace on its usefulness.
Not only that, you take the idea, wrap systems around it and give it an identifiable name and you sell the market on that system. Heaps of examples of this on their website.
Do the opposition sell similar stuff? Of course they do - and that’s your whole story - BIG DEAL - every airline has planes - the differentiation between airline companies usually has nothing to do with the plane itself and everything to do with service offered and how they sell the service.
I am no white knight on ACF, I’m still waiting for them to walk their talk - and Whizz, I am all ears on this as you obviously know this industry. I haven’t got my full investment yet. Please tell me chapter and verse, why I shouldn’t.
