Wonderful @Hunterr, I have actually always wanted to go to Malta, since my children were young , and one time there was a project on Malta as a country at their school, & I had to help find information, from the library back then, for my children to do it.
Plus I worked with an assistant who was Maltese.
Probably why there are quite a few little dogs with their owners in Bonafacio
I will aim for a visit there on another trip hopefully to visit my offspring, which is the main importance.
Only so much time and Corsica it is and been convenient to do from France , + is around the Mediterranean too.
I would like to come back and do it properly. Truly lovely people & interesting.
Part of France with a big Italian and Genovese linked history + centuries of defending against invaders.
