As Dr T constantly says, the more data collected the higher the value of Bisantrene. That takes time and some SHs may want a quick exit and not like the waiting game. I think you will have your opportunities along the way.
IMO Dr T has been very clear he intends to maximise return to SHs. He also wants Bisantrene fully exploited for the benefit of those who need it. Whether that be cancer or any other indication yet to be proven.
The only situation I can envisage where Bisantrene maybe sold early is where the opportunity to accelerate the benefits are so great it cannot be ignored. This is IMO a highly unlikely scenario.
