In some presentation some months back the comment was made by Dr T (I believe) that Pete Smith was working hard to end the block out or something along those lines. This leads me to think it is something commercial in nature. perhaps licensing for a particular cancer or geography.
Having said that, there could be some conditions that need to be met, such as particular results from the current trials. We simply do not know what is being worked on and how long it will take. The only certainty I can consider is 1) if there was bad news it would be released by now and 2) if blackout ended and there was no announcement, it would suggest the commercial opportunity fell over and under NDA nothing is released and we may not know until a replacement commercial deal was done. It is what it is, and we just have to wait it out.
