I misundestood what Rhino?
The convo I shared was between HeyLine and Dr T (not me). I was hoping that would help clarify a matter wher there was uncertainty - the statemet you made says;
"... In some presentation some months back the comment was made by Dr T (I believe) that Pete Smith was working hard to end the block out or something along those lines. This leads me to think it is something commercial in nature. perhaps licensing for a particular cancer or geography..."!
