Interesting. I had a long look at curcumin and ginger supplements. Was originally looking at them due to potential advantages of anti-inflammatories.
There have been quite a few studies on a bioavailability. Reading the label is very important and a focus on the studies with the bioavailable versions.
Don’t recall seeing an FTO link, so this is interesting.
