IMO, don't believe Anglo are even thinking about a takeover at this point in time

All those things you mention Salt require capital to advance and imo Anglo know this , so there is no hurry

Plus there is a gold royalty debt which is covered by the Assets of Cascavel if I am correct

Remember they have already prepaid $3m for the proposed JV exploration - yes under negotiation but nevertheless paid $3m and they would expect something in return
