    100% premium to current share price
    Would mean Anglo would pay well over $120m plus
    All performance shares will come into play ( in event of takeover )
    Gold royalty stream debt taken over etc

    Plus whatever else is relevant in takeover on share registry etc
    Tenements and Exploration requires ongoing capital well before any $$ flow in
    Why would Anglo pay this at this point in time ??
