Well done CC, reading your post it does strongly hint MAK and Atlas will be done through LCY if the deals are done. Does sound like Broker support is on the cards and not really surprising given the size and quality of NMDC.
Big judging by what Ben has told CC I think that the LCYO holders will be re issued new shares, well thats the way I read it.
