Spoke with a realestate agent a few days ago whom I know well enough to get a real appraisal of the state of the area that this agent works in rather than the usual sugar coated lines.
In short he said that the the market had dramatically changed from a sellers market to a buyers market and that he currently gets more calls about listings than buyer enquires.
