Nice house, if it was mine I would hold it unless I had to sell. When quality real estate doesn't sell it is not because the prices have dropped, it is because the people who can afford to, don't want to buy at this time so any sale is to an opportunist.
Do you know how few houses there are in Australia that actually front the beach, it is a very low ratio and as soon as the bargains are gone those rich people will have to buy regardless of the market position at your price assuming your price is a fair price Just my opinion after 45 years in the housing industry
