chat with bevan

Just called CRK and had a chat with Bevan. He was somewhat annoyed at me asking questions. I asked him about the grades of the 100,000 ounces just released and if those grades were mineable. He asked me if I knew anything at all about mining. I said I don't. He said those are just "rab holes" by which I take it he means rabbit holes. He said the grades would be higher as they go deeper.
He says people are messing about with the share price. Well I suspect some people are merely getting impatient with the slow progress of the assay labs.
He says he has no interest in the day to day share price and is only interested in the bigger picture and what is happening at Carrick. That's understandable.
I mentioned the million extra ounces promised in the letter to shareholders. He wasn't forthcoming on that of course as he can't release to me or anyone what he doesn't release to the whole market. He said brokers are urging him to release reserve results.
Well, we'll just sit and wait Bevan.
