He may be aware the market is unhappy, but I don't see him doing anything about it.
My opinion is, he should rescind on the directors options (reward and extra payment for being late)
He arrogantly thinks that it will get through and shareholders will forget and forgive.
Ian has lost his Integrity and I have put him on my "Do Not invest with these directors list"
I have no alternative other than to wait because there's not enough buyers of this stock any more, and why would you buy it now, only to have Ian take 20 to 30% in dilution away from you.
