Split, What absolute drivel. Ian would have us believe that the resolutions do not say what he means. The market believes Ian does not mean what he says. Share price now in free-fall.....SOLELY the responsibility of directors.
I do not trust this guy, partly because I believe he is now completely out of his depth, and partly (mainly) because he has demonstrated complete lack of judgement in attempting to feather his own nest without a shred of justification.
Thanks to Ian for finding the ore.....now move over and let someone who knows how to manage a company bring this baby to production !
