The fact that Ian acknowledged complaints is a positive for mine, I'm going to try and get to the AGM after reading your post.

I agree with the contingency call, it would be unforgiveable to rely solely on getting debt finance, who knows what's around the corner funding market wise.

Retaining staff by heavy dilution, not ideal, how about paying bonuses out of Stage 1 cash flows, sounds like they'll have more dollars than sense come first shipment.

I'll be extremely disappointed if this plays out as many here have posted re self serving dilution, but if Ian keeps to his word that this is not the intended direction, and it is a worst case scenario, then i'm ok with that. Don't even bother getting upset about this people re trusting Ian's word, I feel the same as you, trust isn't exactly flowering in my IFE garden right now. We'll see come next Friday.
