Chris - if they'd explained all that, AND called for open tenders/offers for Crown, AND it wasn't going to another of Curtis's companies (advised by yet another of his companies), AND if Curtis wasn't going to pocket several million dollars more than LYC would get for Crown, AND if the buyer had the wherewithal to develop Crown, AND if there wasn't the suspicion that a mega deal involving Forge is in the back pocket once they get Crown (? Chinese?):
... then yes, it MIGHT make some sort of sense.
In the meantime - it's a scam, a dodgy deal, and should be voted down.
