And in my experience it was done with absolutely no hassle, no reCRIMinations (sorry, my foot slipped on the caps pedal)and with no incremental costs in accepting the additional monies. Perhaps it would have been even more cost efficient because there would be no need to calculate the numbers allocated, the amounts refundable, and the costs of refunding. On the downside, or perhaps greyside somebody, somewhere, would gain something from the unallocated monies for the time they are out of circulation. No names no packdrill.
