The questions and potential litigation surrounding the $20 million deal has wiped of hundreds of millions off the market cap of LYC. Too me it's a no brainer that the market does not like the deal and is putting downward pressure on the SP.
This "immaterial" deal should be dropped immediately if the board still wants to to be seen as wanting to create value for shareholders.
