still can't find that document you mentioned.. No biggy.
Re-reading the announcement though they made it pretty clear about using the DMP seismic survey to avoid encroaching on restricted areas.. They are making applications and application alterations etc. and their drilling time frames coincide with the time frames you mentioned about access, more or less..
After re-reading the announcement and considering your comments I don't think they were miss-leading at all. Just my Opinion though.

I'm still of the opinion that as nearby company exploration provides more data for the region and ontop of what ever data this mob can scrape together. Then its still viable to consider that DR11 has potentially a very rich resource within its grasp and against its MC a potentially good investment at these levels.
