I agree with yoursentiments whole heartily.
However, theproblem ultimately lies with the shorting market, given the sophistication oftrading problems shorting of 10 years ago is nothing to the shorting of today.
It is thispractice that really holds back companies and strips real wealth that otherwisewould drive a businesses investment and success.
The realchallenge should be to ban shorting as other world markets are starting to do.
