if the re-opening and tafta end "settelment" goes togheter with first OK/GO form DPIM and all leagel issus to be solved to end tafta...they are tryin to get some time...(as they have to align severall Government agencies) to in the end plan that announcement...togehter: TAFTA END AND AKARA REOPENING as PM Big Tu said: continue to mining gold...guess he doenst want an open tafta dispute but also let akara to re-open...would not reflect well on him (in the election year)...and no one wants that...as they are partners...KCN and Thai gov.
