remeber he has 10M reasons to do so

- Nucharee Sailasuta a "Thai mining Busniess legend" in the KCN board... is a big + in the thai bank negotiations
- CIMB Bank for instacne looks healty and in 2011 the gave Akara a loan of 42M (https://www.thestar.com.my/business/business-news/2023/01/21/cimb-thai-2022-earnings-jump-24-on-better-cost-control)
- Finacing the restart do not need 100M as back in 2011..approx 30M will be fine...CIMB gave 42M back in 2011
- And we have the Thai gov. which could be acting supportive with Thai bank negotiations too...providing the necessary security/confidence
