Those "old hands" may know the answer already, but as with most things KCN, the obvious, is well...um... not always obvious.
Is it true that KCN has 5 years remaining under its existing Chatree licence?
If so. What happens in 5 years and one day. Does it cease to operate.
Given the inability to have the surrounding leases permitted, what confidence would one or could one have, regarding extensions of the operating lease?
Disclosure: Never owned KCN, but doing my research.
